Returns Policy

www.glassesland.com has a patient friendly, customer fair policy.

Eyeglasses frames and sunglasses can be returned for a full refund within 7 days. Feel free to open the box, try your new glasses on or show it to your friends. If you don't like it, you can return it back to us.

If you decided to return your purchase, please e-mail us [email protected] to obtain detailed instructions on how to pack and ship items to us. Depending on the service you are using the instructions are different and need to be followed to avoid import customs charges. Do not ship anything to us before asking, or you might be responsible for customs charges.

Returned items must be new, with no damage and acompanied with original case, box and other print material.

North American returns are subject to $20 restocking fee. Persol products are subjerct to $40 restocking fee.

International returns are subject to $40 restocking fee.

Prescription orders are custom done and can not be returned.
